What does fitness mean to you?

To me, fitness is all about developing and improving yourself as a person. It’s a way of life from training consistently and smartly, to having the right balance in your diet. Your body is a machine and if you want to perform as effectively as possible you need the right fuel and rest. Going to the gym and trying to be better than I was in my last session is great motivation for me, I’m always looking for progress.

How did you get started/what is your fitness background?

Always enjoyed sport, heavily involved in football and consistently going to the gym 5+ times a week for a year and a half now.

How many times per week do you train?

4 to 5 weight sessions, 1 or 2 stretching sessions and 2 to 3 cardio sessions per week.

What is your current routine?

2 Leg sessions, 2 Arm sessions, 3 Upper body and 3 Football sessions

Do you train alone or with a partner?

Alone mostly, occasionally with a partner. I feel I train just as hard either way.

Do you have a fitness hero/role model?

I like to watch documentaries about the legends for inspiration (Arnie and Ronnie Coleman for example). I don't get hung up on not looking like them too much, as it would de-moralise me in regards to my own progress.

What is your diet? How many calories per day?

4000 calories per day- it’s bulking season 😅

What is your favourite cheat food?

Pizza topped with chicken and red onion. High calories and great for a bulk!

What do you love about being a part of BettySwollox?
